Sales Policy

ALL NEW PRODUCTS CARRY FULL FACTORY WARRANTIES!*

     Since we do not specify the majority of the products we sell, we do not offer a refund for items that a customer changes their mind about, or decides that it's not what they wanted. We simply attempt to offer the requested product at the lowest price we can to our customers who are shopping on-line. The customer should be sure of the item that they want before placing order, we are more than happy to try and either answer any questions you have or steer you in the direction to look on-line to find them. This is especially true of items that are shipped direct from the Mfg. to our customers. If unit is found defective beyond 3 days after delivery date, please contact Mfg. for warranty instructions. We can supply Mfg. information to you if your unable to locate it on your own.

     Any customer receiving an item that is defective out of the box, should notify us within 48 hours so we can remedy the problem. We will contact the Mfg. of the product and remedy the situation as per their instructions. Customers receiving Items that are damaged due to shipping, should contact the carrier (Normally U.P.S.) A.S.A.P. to evaluate the situation and remedy A.S.A.P.

    A majority of the items we sell are shipped direct to our customers from either the Mfg. or a distributor. If we or they are unable to ship within 1-4 (Shure & Variflex 3-5) business days we make every attempt to notify the customer as soon as we are made aware of any delays or backorders. Most speaker Diaph's. & bulbs are shipped direct from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and we'll notify A.S.A.P. of any possible delays.

Special Order Items
    We will notify you right away if an item ordered is a "Special Order Item" or "Custom". Meaning that it is not a normally stocked item by us or the Mfg., and we'll E-Mail you of the scheduled ship date (If over a week, we will attempt to contact you by phone as well as E-Mail, custom cables & snakes always take 7-10 business days to ship). If this ship date cannot be met, you can cancel order with NO penalties or cancellation fees. However if you cancel order before this date, a cancellation fee will be charged by us, plus what ever fess the Mfg. may impose will be deducted from your refund (Only if not already shipped).

Pricing Errors 
    We are not held responsible for errors on price quotes. If upon examination of quote or order, we find an error we will contact buyer A.S.A.P., or upon processing of order to advise of corrections. We may offer a 2% discount (At our option) if the error is on our part. We apologize for any errors, but they do happen once in a while.

Note for California Customers Only!    
    Shipments made to destinations within our home state of California will have appropriate sales tax added to invoice. Prices quoted on-line do not include this sales tax. This amount will be added after order is placed (Shipping charges will not be taxed) and will appear on your invoice.
